Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, including clear photos and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, return shipping will be free of charge and, if the issue or defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
In cases of purchase remorse, customers may request a return within the same 30-day period, provided the product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. In this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once the item is received and inspected, the amount paid for the product will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on the card issuer or financial institution.
